NanoSeeX is committed to providing key dimensional quality guardians for semiconductors, achieving system requirements that minimize the possibility of failure. We establish product system design and testing methods to ensure that corresponding process failures are eliminated. Our goal is to complete projects on time, within quality, and budget as ideally as possible.
NanoSeeX Technology's cutting-edge solutions encompass bespoke optical paths and high-precision optical components. Our technology is capable of measuring sample thickness with unparalleled accuracy, traceable to the standard system under the ITRI CMS in Taiwan, and has undergone thorough testing and validation.
This system is duly registered in the KCDB. NanoSeeX conducted comparative measurements on a 14nm SiO2 sample, performing multiple measurements exceeding three repetitions. Our instrumentation achieved a standard deviation (STD) of 0.003 nm, while the CMS XRR system recorded a standard deviation of 0.03 nm, with a measurement bias of 0.022 nm. These results underscore not only the stability of our equipment but also its exceptional precision, instilling confidence in our clients and partners regarding the superior quality of our technological offerings.
Product Safety Standards
NanoSeeX adheres to SEMI S2 guidelines to ensure that each piece of equipment meets regulatory requirements and is inspected according to high safety standards. The scope includes fire prevention, electrical hazard protection, mechanical hazard mitigation, chemical, radiation, noise and ergonomic hazards, ventilation requirements, emergency shutdown procedures, exhaust specifications, hazard warning alarms and labels, and documentation requirements. NanoSeeX has a team of highly qualified engineers who follow SEMI S2 and S8 evaluations to maintain buyer assurance requirements and strive to perfect all sales conditions.
